Samer El Waziri CFO -Raya Holding

Samer El Waziri currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of Raya Holding. El Waziri played a key role as part of the management team who were able to achieve significant financial returns and building the company; that is today, considered one of the strongest IT and Telecommunications companies in the region. El Waziri has 29 years of experience in financial management. Prior to his current position, El Waziri worked as the Finance Director and as a Board Member at GlaxoSmithKline. El Waziri holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Cairo University and a management diploma from Harvard Business School.

Medhat Khalil Chairman& CEO – Raya Holding

Medhat Khalil is the Chairman& CEO of Raya Holding; he held several top management positions with IBM Egypt and founded the pioneering IT companies Protech and Oratech in 1993 and 1997 respectively. In 1998, Protech and Oratech became two of the seven entities comprising Raya Holding. Medhat Khalil is a member of the National Sports Council and a board member in the National Fund for Finance of Juniors, Youth, and Sports.
